  • Deployment — The act of making a Member's app publicly available through a subdomain provided by the Company or the Member's custom domain.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company posts these Terms at the bottom of the Service's initial screen so that Members can easily review them. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws. When amending the Terms, the Company will specify the effective date and reason for the amendment and announce it at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to Members or material).

Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

A service agreement is formed when a person who wishes to use the Service agrees to these Terms, completes the identity verification procedure provided by the Company (phone number verification), and the Company approves the request. The Company may refuse approval of, or subsequently terminate the agreement for, any application that falls under the following:

  • Applying using another person's name or phone number without authorization
  • Applying in violation of these Terms or for any unlawful or improper purpose

  • Instant deployment and public hosting of generated apps
  • BaaS (Backend-as-a-Service) features such as custom functions, databases, and authentication
  • Any other services the Company develops or provides to Members through partnerships

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

  • Misappropriating another person's information or registering false information
  • Using the Service to generate or distribute content that violates public order and morals, such as obscene, violent, discriminatory, or criminal material
  • Generating or distributing content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights or trademarks
  • Accessing the systems of the Company or third parties through improper means
  • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service, such as through large volumes of automated requests
  • Any other act that violates applicable laws or these Terms

Article 7 (Rights in Generated Output)

Rights in the Generated Output, such as code, images, and documents created by a Member through the Service, belong to that Member. However, the Company may perform statistical and anonymized analysis of Generated Output to operate and improve the Service, and will not use it in any form that allows individual Members to be identified.

Article 8 (Credits and Paid Services)

  • Upon registration, Members are granted a certain amount of credits free of charge, and may purchase additional credits for a fee according to the pricing plans set by the Company.
  • The payment methods, fees, and refund policy for paid services follow the terms specified on the payment page.
  • Credits may be used for one year from the date of paid purchase, or, for credits granted free of charge, until the last day of the month in which they were granted.

Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service when operationally or technically necessary, in which case it will notify Members in advance. However, in the event of an emergency suspension caused by circumstances beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, equipment failures, or network outages, notice may be given after the fact.

Article 10 (Termination and Restriction of Use)

A Member may terminate the service agreement at any time via “Delete Account” in the Settings menu. If a Member breaches the obligations set out in Article 6 of these Terms, the Company may restrict use of the Service or terminate the service agreement without prior notice.
